I am 26 years old and I currently live in St. Louis, Missouri. I am a very avid knitter and a day never passes that I do not work on a knitted project. My favorite thing to knit is socks, but I also make lace shawls, mittens, and baby clothes. I am a 4th grade teacher in an urban neighborhood. I am pregnant with my first baby, due in June.
The thing I love about this project is that I feel a greater sense of how we are all connected in the world. By trading mail with people around the world, I know that I have made somebody smile who I never would have met otherwise. With your postcard, you will make me smile, and we will connect, even if only for a moment.

I like postmarked postcards with stamps on them.
I am particularly fond of something that shows off something unique about your corner of the world. I like to learn about the quirky stories, legends and histories of different areas around the world. Just send me a postcard that you like the best.
