I love learning about where people are from and where they have been. I am interested in landmarks and history, landscapes, flowers, shoes, tea cups, everyday scenes, but most of all I'd like to see postcards of places other people have seen or postcards that they love.
I like postcards from Finland (of the Sami people, traditional clothing, reindeer, etc. - my great grandfather was from Sami) and the Netherlands (buildings, landmarks, especially from Amsterdam, Groningen and anywhere in Friesland - my great grandfather on my mother's side was from Friesland) and I love miffy and nijntje cards!
I can't wait to watch my postcard collection grow!
I am starting school again soon and will not be as active on the site... =)
