Hello everyone ,
i am a 33 year old expatriate who works in aviation.I was born and raised in Istanbul , lived in Amsterdam for 9 years and recently i moved to Rome. although i know bits of Dutch and Italian, i would like my cards in English or Turkish. :)

I am not married - no kids,not even a serious relationship(oh boy!) I am still a child myself.Which guy would want a 33 year old child ?? I LOVE going to concerts, festivals, britpop, britrock, trip hop, rock music. My favorite bands are such as Massive Attack, Nick Cave, dEUS,Belle and Seb., The Smiths etc.My answer was Blur when they were in an epic fight with Oasis back at the Britpop days :)

i never leave home without my ipod, a notebook to write a letter or my thoughts in case i have a sudden inspiration , 2 pens(in case the other runs out),a novel i am reading at the time, a selection of postcards to send away and stamps.So you can easily bump into me in a cafe, reading a book or writing a letter or postcards and sipping my tea(Oh yes!I am a tea person)(unfortunately i have to update this : there are no RELAXING cafes in Rome :(( )

i decided to join the postcrossing project because when i was younger i promised myself never to be one of those boring adults who only received bank-statements and advertisements, my main aim here is to find stuff in my mailbox and read behind them and also meet lovely new people. I am talkative and i get so excited and happy when the one who sends me something is also chatty. Some people say on their profiles that they dont want any handmade cards but i am the opposite.I would love to see your style if you have anything you made to send to me. i think it is amazing that one can find the time and the inspiration to design cards.But please dont just rip a magazine page and shape it postcard size and send to me.Also no self printed photos.These ones make me sulk :(
