My mailbox is not in Stornoway (pop. 8000) as the map shows, but on the west coast in a village (pop. 18). If you'd like to see something of our area (history and pictures) check out www.ceuig.com.

All cards are welcome but if you would like some ideas, my particular favourites are:

- religious buildings and monuments
- boats and the sea
- wild landscapes
- city skylines
- Hanseatic towns

I also like snow, city streets, native animals, native writers, cats, aerial views, castles, other buildings, architectural details, villages, Gaudi, Hundertwasser, Lappi, Inuit images, underwater things, vintage reproductions, Ukiyoe and other Asian art, Astérix, Viking things, museum objects, glass and ceramics, tiles, textiles, b/w photography, people, political ephemera (like election cards) and ad-cards about events and exhibitions; and lots of other things, and I like to be surprised, so just send me what you like!

Please write a bit about yourself and what's going on with you now, or what everyone is talking about. You can write in any European language without translation (I will get the idea and I like translating) - especially Dutch or Spanish, which I'm learning, slowly.
