She has been a member for 9 months (275 days). My name is Britta and I am an Estonian pupil living in the UK. Just thought to make that small, but important thing clear before getting to the point. So, here comes:
There are currently 6,673,069,564 people living in the world ("currently" stands for 9 June 2008, 3 pm GMT+2). They all breathe and lead their lives as good as they can. And that is how stories are born. Taking into consideration the population of the world there must be at least 6,673,069,564 stories! But what about those who have already left this world and have left stories of their own behind? And what about the fact that every single day a new story is born? You and me must have hundreds of tales and memories to be told! There is an incredible amount of stories out there, of all kinds and of all shapes. Now, I am asking you whether you could send me a story of your own liking together with your postcard. It may be short, it may be long, it may be of whatever you wish. Perhaps it is just a little thought that struck your mind this very morning or a little tale about love between, for example, a cat and a little bird, or the philosophy according to which you try to live your life. It is totally up to you!
If you have managed to read the ever-so-short intoduction, then just a wee bit about the postcards I like the most, even though the final decision is yet again up to you. Still, it would be lovely to receive a postcard which either:
a) speaks to you in its postcardish way
b) is really old
c) is extremely cute (perhaps some drawn pictures of animals)
d) expresses your culture and country really well, perhaps through art or some person
e) means really much to you (:
