About Anna...

Hi! My name's Anna, I'm a software engineer from St. Petersburg, Russia. I have a small daughter (you can see some of received cards on my wall are embellished with toddler art) and a husband (luckily he doesn't draw anything on my cards).

All postcards are welcome, but it'd be awesome if you sent me
- sights of your city/country;
- panoramic landscapes, forests, waterfalls, beaches, mountains, sea views, sand dunes, deserts, oceans, tropical islands, coral reefs;
- bears or donkeys (my daughter adores them!);
- small birds, penguins;
- flower fields, like tulips, lavender, wildflowers etc;
- pansy flowers (in Russian they are called 'Annie's eyes' :) );
- multiples (lots of small thingies on one card)
- art, especially Pre-Raphaelites, J.M.W. Turner, medieval art, Chinese and Japanese
- things that are special to you, whatever makes you happy

If you have a spare minute, please write your favorite recipe, or just a few words about what you usually cook, or something about yourself, your place, maybe a phrase in your language, a favorite poem. I love reading the messages on postcards, it's like talking to someone I'd never meet in a place I'd never visit.
