About Gabi...

I'm a 28 year old girl from southern Germany. I studied American History and Literature and spent one year as an Au Pair in New York. I like to travel and pick up postcards along the way. I enjoy postcrossing, because it gives me the chance to see even more of the world through postcards.

I would really love to get a card from your town or country, maybe showing something typical from where you live. I love nature, national parks, beautiful landscapes, mountains, lakes, ocean, sunrise/sunset, natural phenomena. I also like cityscapes, famous or not so famous monuments, castles, churches, statues. Animals, flowers or map cards are always welcome, too. Also, if you have any ski jumping or UNESCO cards, you could make me very happy ;) Just send anything that you like. I'm sure you will find something beautiful.

If you don't know what to write on the card, please tell me something about the card. I would love to learn about the history of your country. You could tell me about myths and legends or traditions from your area. You can also write something in your native language if you like, but please with a translation if it's a language I don't speak.

If you want, you can also send me a card from your last vacation, and tell me a little about it.
