About Anette...

So, what am I doing here?

I love postcards, that's why. I have boxes filled with them.

Everyone writes about what cards they would like to receive, and I'm like most people, I like some cards more than others. But this is Postcrossing, and for me it's not mainly about increasing your collection (unless you collect all type of cards), it's about selecting that special card for the person whose profile you're reading, writing the card and put a nice stamp on hoping you will bring a smile to a face in a different part of the world.

Still want to get an idea of what card to send me? I'm very curious if there are any cards with signs, quotes or wise sayings out there. I'm a big fan of words, and I like funny odd cards.
But any card is welcome.
Tell me about you day or if you are a dreamer, what the greatest day of all times would be like.

Claes Eriksson, a member of the Swedish humour group Galenskaparna & After Shave, has written a really funny song about postcards called "Why are you sending me postcards"
