You have reached the state of Michigan. In the USA we are known as "The Great Lakes State". I live in a rural area about an hour northwest of Detroit, the largest city in Michigan. I love the laid back area of being in the country, but enjoy visiting the city areas for fun & shopping.
I am a mother of 2 children, ages 16 & 5, and when I'm not too tired from either driving them to activities, school or family events, I enjoy many various hobbies and intersts. Sewing, photography (mostly scenic), cooking/baking, gardening, biking, hiking, walking, camping and traveling (when I can afford to) are my main passions, but I'm always looking for new ones too. The only country I've ever traveled to outside the USA is Canada - a quick drive over the border, but yearn to see the world!
I would love to see postcards of your local area or scenic stuff within your country - to see all the cool stuff I'm missing out on!
