My favourite postcards are scenery cards from your country, local area or wildlife. I also love picture cards (if sending from Finland any Moomin cards would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to get as many different ones as I can)as well as beautiful illustrated or embossed postcards. However any postcard with a tasteful design will always be welcome in my mailbox.
I am also really interested in receiving postcards (5x7 inch) made from colourful old cardboard packages eg cereal boxes, cake mix or other packaged foods or products from your country especially those with illustrated/ cartoon images. I think it is really interesting to see and read (or try to read if its not in English)advertising from other countries. If you choose to do this please translate (if not in English) what the packaging is from and a little about the product, then just pop a stamp or two on the back and send my way.:)
