Hi everyone!

My name is Alex :)

❖ I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. I've been living there for all my life, but when I have free time, I enjoy travelling around the world. I've already been to England, Germany and Spain twice, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Finland, Bulgaria and I'm not going to stop.
❖ I'm a linguist. I know English and German and my next goal is to study Chinese. Now I work as a tutor of English and translator in legal and financial spheres.
❖ I'm a music lover. My favourites are Def Leppard, Queen, The Rolling Stones, Take That, The Baseballs, Imagine Dragons, The Fratellis, Twenty One Pilots, Skillet, Nickelback, Parov Stelar, New Politics and many others.
❖ I read a lot, both classic and modern literature.
❖ I'm fond of swimming, snowboarding, skating and bicycling.

I particularly like postcards with (in random order):

- characters from anime and other cartoons (I like works of Hayao Miyazaki and I'd be also happy to get cards with characters from the cartoons of your country)
- castles
- landscapes
- coasts and cliffs
- traditional houses and gardens
- architecture (especially Gothic and modern architecture)
- art (artists and periods are up to you)
- cats (both domestic and wild)
- something magic and mysterious (I believe in magic =))
- music instruments and everything related to music
