Wishing all of you all you need to make 2012 a very special year.

It will be a special one for me as I will turn 50 in April....
My partner will be 50 in May too.
We're planning to do 50 for 50. Doing bigger or smaller things that we real want to do, see or buy. It may be just a special coffee out somewhere or going away for a few days somewhere that we realy would like to see.
It's fun planning all these things to see what can fit into one year!
Any ideas ...??!!

My name is Akke, I'm 49. I am Dutch but have been living in the U.K.for over 13 years now.
I live with my partner and 10 year old daughter.

What I love is any place with good coffee, reading , walks along the river, going to a proper sandy beach (don't like sitting on pebbles), tulips, pretty -and interesting stamps , going to the zoo with my daughter, having a laugh with my father-in-law , having a picnic, dreaming about getting fit.

I also like some 80's music. (the dark sounds of the 80's, the cult, sisters of mercy)
Also Mika, Alison Moyet, The Noissettes, Amy Whinehouse, Midge Ure, Paul Weller, Front 242 ==== + a lot more ofcourse.

It will be lovely to get your postcards through the letterbox.
It is always more fun then getting bills!
I like any card from where you live, nature or the free ones.
Self made in any way is special.

My job is working in a sleep lab in a hospital and on a very busy medical ward.

Please register your cards! I now have some cards expired and some are sent to people who don't seem to register their received cards or check their e-mail-regarding Postcrossing anyway ...
It's really annoying....

But ... I'm sure it's not you!!!
