About Anna...

►►►I've been under a lot of things lately, so I'll try to get my head round some things first. :)

You have reached the profile of a nearly 30-something who has not learned how to ride a bike. Joining postcrossing is a sort of a personal crusade to save the postal service & help keep the lovely people who work there in their jobs. ;)

About what is written:
►Any story under the sun—funny thought on the train/bus, what's under your bed, your day so far, random thoughts, etc. not just 'Happy Postcrossing' please :)
►Non-English phrases—if you could translate/tell how they are used
►DOODLES/DRAWINGS!!!—you can enlist the help of your children here

►►Currently learning Deutsch so if you can write simple sentences using the language that'd be awesome.

If you're finding it really hard to write something, just fill in half the space with stamps—I love stamps. ;)

For the cards:
►Postcards from universities
►Classical sculptures/paintings
►Animals, especially birds (http://bit.ly/brdie) (raptors), fauna of Belarus series: http://bit.ly/faunbel
►Art—BUT not modern art please
►Old school children's book illustrations (similar to Beatrix Potter illustrations)
►MOOMINS!!!—The ones I have: http://bit.ly/muumii XD
►Vintage, old, aged cards

►State cards (USA/AU) (Fauna/flora: http://bit.ly/stado)
►Outdoors—mountain vistas, forests, falls, glaciers, rivers, nature trails, pastoral/rural scenes, nature-related etc.
►Stunning architecture—interior/exterior, classical/modern
►'Classical' music—baroque, romantic, classical, etc. periods, composers, orchestras, conductors, operas, etc.
►People from history—scientists, mathematicians, writers (NOT politicians/criminals)
►Books, literature, libraries
►Traditional systems of commerce—wine-making, farming, cheese-making, marketplaces, etc.
►Culture & traditions—clothing, food, ceremonies, rituals, customs, dances, etc.
►Odd-shaped/larger sized cards, if they're not more costly to send ;)
►Or whatever floats your boat. Heh.

Pretty much anything would do really.

Toodles!
Anna :D
