Hi my name is Aberline (you can call me Abby).

I'm married with a son, Toby 3, and I am a biologist who works part-time writing management plans for national parks here in Western Australia.

I have done quite a bit of travelling including 3 years living in London and backpacking around Europe.

I don't like city views or other touristy cards (I prefer to go there myself! or if I've been there why would I want a card from there?), so the postcards I would most like to get would be:

♥ one from my favourites (if you do a search for cards from your country maybe you will find one that you can send me...and that I dont already have!)
♥ Lali riddle cards (waiting for my first one!), moomin trolls, Charley Harper's birds & animals, Jetoy cat paintings, Wolf Erlbruch's kissing animals, Navitrolla paintings, Le Petit Prince, Where's Wally/Waldo and illustrated alphabets;
♥ single image of a zoo/native/wild animal;
♥ maxicards (which are cards with a stamp on the picture part of the postcard and a special postmark http://www.postcrossing.com/blog/2012/03/19/postcard-formats-maxicards);
♥ Atelier Nouvelles images of animals;
♥ postboxes;
♥ vegetarian/sweet recipes (only if you can translate for me!).

Or if you dont have these then a beautiful landscape from a national park will be ok.

I love choosing cards for other people that they will like, I hope you will enjoy choosing my card too! I also hope you have time to write a personal letter on the card! It's a big part of the enjoyment of postcrossing for me! :-)

I hope you dont mind me asking but...please no Ad cards, no multi views, no cityscapes, no buildings, no hand made (unless its a stamp one), no self printed cards, and no cards of churches, mosques or temples.

!Stamps!
I love stamps, so more than one animal or beautiful stamp would be greatly appreciated (or even a minisheet if it can fit on!). But please NO envelope, I like my stamps on the postcard for posterity.

Toby would love a Thomas the Tank engine (or friends) or Kipper stamp from the UK or a Moomin stamp from Finland...and I love special UK, Europa and USA Forever (maybe the cherry blossom ones) stamps!

Thanks for reading my profile and taking into account my requests. My son and I are looking forward to opening our letterbox and seeing your card there! He really loves postcards now :-)
(so one further request...please make them suitable for a 3 year old! i.e no violence, no bull fighting, no nudity, no crude pictures/messages, no horror, no Halloween images, no spooky legends, no skulls or skeletons, no animal skins, no mummified bodies...you get the idea!)
