About Joyce...
I'm Joyce from Rosmalen and I'm 26 years old. I graduated as a clinical psychologist, but I didn't like working in mental health care. I then found out doing research was my passion. That's why I'm a researcher (PhD student) now. I work at the Radboud University in Nijmegen.
My hobbies: I play bass in a band. I have a large aquarium with lots of subtropical fish in it. I also love watching TV shows like the Gilmore Girls, the Big Bang Theory, Lost and Friends and I have a strange obsession with polkadots!
The reason I like Postcrossing is that I love to see different places around the world. I don't have money for a world trip yet, so this is a nice alternative for now ;)
I like all postcards (if you like it, I like it). If you need suggestions: I always like scenery/greetings from cards from where you live, vintage, art, something related to one of my hobbies... Could you send the cards without an envelope? I like it when I can see they've traveled. But I understand that sometimes with certain cards it's not possible. Thank you in advance!
I've not been a very active user during the last year anymore. I started a new job and moved, so I was a bit too busy with other things in my life. This does not mean, however, that I don't register your card when it arrives. I will do that immediately. When my profile is on active, I am too.
P.S. To all people from Finland: if you happen to have Kaj Stenvall cards, I LOVE those :D But I'm just as happy with other cards from Finland! Really! You don't have to run to the store or apologize when you don't have a Kaj Stenvall card.
