If you read this, I'm really glad, because this means that I might get a card from you soon =)
I'm 19 and I live in Dortmund. Right now I'm in the final grade in school and trying to figure out what I am going to do afterwards.

I love foreign languages since it is a way to communicate with people thousands of miles away. This is also why I am trying to learn some sentences in as many languages as possible.
I can speak German, English and I am currently learning Italian, una lingua magica ;) So if you speak it, please write your postcard in Italian.

Concerning the postcards:

I really like pictures of the landscape and local scenery - the beauty you see everyday and you'd like to share. I prefer single-view pictures over multi-view.
Humor, famous Artworks and Music related postcards are welcome as well. If you like to send me a self-made card, those are accepted gladly as well. I've sent some of those myself because I think they are so much more special than those you can buy somewhere.
Feel free to check my favorites if you are not sure what I mean/ you should send me.

I really like to read long texts from the back of the postcard. :) the more text the better. Tell me something about you, show me your favourite band, song, colour and/or draw something on the card if you like :)
If you want to, you can write the recipe of national dish or a recipe you can recommend on the back of the card =) I'm looking forward to trying them!

One more thing:
If you are from the UK:
I love Harry Potter books. I've heard from other postcrossers that in the UK you have stamps with wizards and magicians... and I'd be really grateful if you send me a postcard with a stamp like this =)

I also like Detective Conan, Pokemon and How I Met your Mother really much... So if you have anything related by chance I'd be glad if you send me it x))
