Hi!

My name is Yolande and I live in the Netherlands.

Last October I moved to Maarssen. I left my parents' house in Purmerend. This is my first own home. Therefore moving cards I would really like! :)
I have a boyfriend who lives in Maastricht.

My English isn't good at all. That's one of the reasons I began with Postcrossing. Maybe I learn something from you! :)

My main hobby is to visit themeparks (especially rollercoasters) all over the world. Last summer I went to the west coast of America with friends. There we visited themeparks and natureparks. In 2006, I have spent 72 hours in a big wheel. It was fun!

Some other hobbies are: musicals, movies, music, television (Wie is de Mol, Expedition Robinson, Glee, Heroes), collecting squirell figurines, boardgames, internet, reading and of course postcrossing.

I love to receive cards with the following themes:

* Characters of children's books/series (originating in your country)
* Sunrise/Sunset

* Halloween/Christmas/Easter (in right period)

Don't be afraid to send a card with another theme. I'm happy with (almost) every card. But I really don't like cards about religion and cards in an envelope. I also like special stamps.

If you don't know what to write, here are some suggestions:
* I would love to hear the translation of "Life Is A Rollercoaster" in your native language. :)
* Write something in your native language (with translation)
* Draw a picture!
