About Yolanthe...

Hello, I am Yolima, Dutch,

I live with my cat Piep in The Hague, close to the beach.
Love postcards of all kinds and particularly nice stamps!

Hold on to the standard tourist views of your town or area (i.e. Greetings from.....) please but send me something beautiful, unusal or divine.

Hobbies: digital photography, reading, cooking, web 2.0.

All cards are very welcome, especially cards showing:
- movies, all movie cards are great!!!!, favourites are Woody Allen, Coen brothers, James Dean, Marlon Brando, Audrey Hepburn, Greta Garbo, Marilyn Monroe, Liz Taylor, Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, Collin Firth, Jake Gyllenhaal, b&w movies, movie posters
- fashion, especially fifties and sixties fashion, well known designers, shoes
- traditional costumes
- old cars, any type is ok: cars, trucks, toy cars (marklin)
- scenes and people from the 19th and 20th century up to the seventies (photos and paintings)
- vintage and vintage reprints: black and white and sepia colored cards on the themes cities, people, fashion, movies, cars, cats.
-(night) views of cities (skyline, overview, remarkable buildings, architecture of famous architects like Frank Lloyd Wright)
- sunset, sunrise and aurora borealis
- objects on UNESCO World Heritage list
- barbies especially vintage barbies (fifties, sixties)

I prefer single view cards. But I do like multiple cards (cards showing the same type of objects in a variety of colors.

I would be grateful if you write a few words in your own language or write about habits in your country/area. Nice stamps are appreciated.
Happy postcrossing,

Yolanthe.
