Hello from Cornwall, and from me, Hilary!
Originally from the Midlands, I have been in Cornwall for 13 years now, and before that, I lived near Bordeaux (France) for over 20 years.
My avatar is one of our photos of a statue recently placed overlooking the harbour here in Newlyn (near Penzance) ....
a monument to all the local fishermen who lost their lives at sea.
My partner is in the Merchant Navy, so, when he is home, we like to spend all of our time together, visiting places of interest.
The rest of the time, home alone with our two cats, Fraggle & Tigger, I like to craft ... knitting, cross-stitch, scrapbooking and making greetings cards ... and when I've got too many, I sell them online here:
