About Vreni...

Hi there!

My name is Vreni de Galan, I'm Dutch and born in Amsterdam.
I studied fashion... At that time I wanted to be a fashion designer.... but..... I met Léon... ;-)))
We travelled a year and we lived for over 12 years in SPAIN.
Now I'm 46 years old . No children, because we wanted to be free.
Since two years we live in a city called Dordrecht. An hour driving from Amsterdam, to the South.
Dordrecht is the oldest city of Holland. It looks like Amsterdam, with a lot of canals and the typical canal houses.

Although I don't have a career , I have a busy life.
I like to have lunch with friends, to shop, to write. I like the pleasures of life.
I love beach holidays.... On the other side... I LOVE CITIES the best!
I'm not a 'nature-lover'... that's to quiet and dull for me...

I like to dress up... every day... Clothes from the flea market, from second hand stores... but nice brands have my attention as well... ;-)) Love to make my own jewelry, specially necklaces.

I collect A LOT OF THINGS... uh... almost everything.... Postcards, Photo's, RINGS, Brand Labels, Magazines, NoteBooks, INTERIOR photo-books!, Agenda's, whatever.....

I'm quite busy decorating my house... always try to find new things... I love VINTAGE!
NOT the expensive way... but just searching for USED THINGS with a SOUL....
Our house was several times in magazines... (which I'm very proud off... ;-))
