About Sofia...

Hi! My name is Sofia, I'm 22 years old and I live in the north-west of Russia. I like to draw small comics, watch tv-series and films, bake, sew toys, collect stamps and learn something new :)

I love all kinds of postcards! But especially I like:
- national symbols (Flag, Heraldic flag, Coat of arms, shields etc)
- old (like 90s, 80s, 70s... 40s? :) Reprints and vintage too)
- historical (historical event, old photo of your town, etc)
- anything military/war related (battlefields, weapons, airplanes, ships, vehicles, military chronicles, propaganda posters, etc.)
- scientific illustrations, paleoanthropology art
- watercolors (aquarelle) and paintings (especially John William Waterhouse and Dante Gabriel Rossetti)
- Arctic and Antarctic (or any other cold snowy regions)
- Atelier Nouvelles Images

- food and sweets! (pies, cakes, pancakes, ice cream, licorice, macarons, biscuits, marzipan, chocolate, cookies... all sweetness in the world :D) some recipes
- cute colorful art
- cats and owls (People telling me, that sometimes I look like an owl, so I will be glad to see some cards with owls :))
- beautiful drawings by Mauri Kunnas, Finnish cartoonist and children's author

But if you do not have these, just send a postcard that you like! I will be happy to receive any card :)

It will be amazing to read something from you. I also like foreign languages.

I collect stamps and I really like them :) My favorite theme is Christmas and New year, so if you have extra used stamps you don't want... send them with my card in an envelope and I'll be happy to send you back a postcard as a thank you!
