I was born in 1973, and I'm a librarian and a linguist. I was a Postcrossing member for a few months in 2005-2006, sending and receiving some 30 postcards, but my account was deleted for inactivity and I've only just joined again in February, 2010.
In my free time I sing in a choir, read rather a lot, and enjoy listening to music and playing board games - not necessarily at the same time. I'm married and own two cats (though actually, they own me!), and I'm a big tea drinker.
I have no particular preferences concerning cards - I like the diversity! I appreciate beautiful stamps very much, but I am aware that it's not always possible or economical to put stamps on a card, so that's just a nice extra.
