I am a 10 years old school girl from Finland, postcrossing together with my mum. This is a perfect hobby to learn about different countries and cultures and of course English language!
My hobbies are scouting, geocaching, waterskiing and downhill skiing. I love reading, especially Harry Potter and Twilight books! I WOULD LOVE TO RECEIVE HARRY POTTER AND TWILIGHT POSTCARDS!
Or please teach me something of your country or town by sending:
- a tourist postcard with a photo of a beautiful scenery or some tourist attraction(s) of your home town or country (maybe I'll visit there one day :)
or
- a card showing some speciality of your country: sports hero, royal family, famous building, food speciality, map (also funny maps), cartoon or book character, product your country is famous for, rare animal that lives in your country but maybe not in Finland, national costume or habit...
But any card is of course welcome!
I'd like to hear a few words about your town or your country and your life there. Let me learn one new thing of your country. Or you can also write why you chose the card you did, and what is in the picture and does it have some special meaning to you :)
