My name is Tanja, physical age over 60 but young at heart! :D
This is my second profile, because I'm so frustrated waiting the official cards to travel. It takes toooo long time! In fact I am a Finnish expatriate working in Murmansk.
My hobbies are reading - I love books as things and for their contents - knitting, crafting, sewing, quilting, beadwork, calligraphy, collecting.
I collect postcards (and stamps) with
- cats, lions, tigers, lynx
- beautiful sights & scenery
- trees
- Aurora Borealis, sunsets
- cityviews with the name on the card
- postal theme (post boxes, stamps)
- maxicards
- handicrafts
- calligraphy
I'd be happy to receive a card of trees or forests or anything wooden: crafted items like scoops and baskets made of wood, bark, roots or branches; wooden furniture, houses, etc etc

Please, DO NOT send me anything with frogs, pigs, cows or apes/monkeys. So, NO pigs, NO apes, NO monkeys NO cows, NO frogs. They really are NOT may favourites, they give me the shivers.
I love letters, stamps, cards and messages on them, written to me personally. Any arriving card will be registered as soon as possible, usually the next day after I find it in my mail box.
