I love to travel, read, watch sports. I follow Oregon State University Beaver football and baseball, and the Portland Trailblazers. I like to cook and really enjoy tackling new recipes. I am married (over 33 years now!)with 3 children who are 29, 27, and 19. I work as an elementary school secretary, a job I love!

I like any and all types of postcards (single view is preferred), but because I love to travel I would especially like those that depict something about your hometown, (sights, sounds, culture, etc.).

These are some of my very favorite type of cards to receive:

Trumpets
Roads leading around a bend (I love to imagine what is around the bend!)
Cards that say "Greetings From..." on the front
Map cards
Recipe cards
Snow scenes
Sunrises or Sunsets
Bridges
Moomin cards (just received my fourth one!!)
Buildings with Red Doors
Holiday cards in the season, i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, etc.
Flag of your country
Cards with foods that are unique/special to your city, state, or country are very welcome too!

Please let me know a little about yourself; your family, job, interests, and so on. Your favorite quote would be welcome too. I would love it if you would write a line or two in your native language with a translation as well!

If you are sending a postcard from the United States,a postcard of your Major League Baseball stadium or NBA arena would be great if you live in a city/state that has one!
