Hello,
my name is Tina. I am 46, and a mum to two teenage daughters. We have a dog and also keep chickens in the garden. I am a fencing coach, mostly teaching young children in school clubs.
I like to spend my spare time gardening for vegetables in my allotment or baking cakes for my family. I also love to walk in the hills.
I live in Colchester, Essex, in the UK. It is an old town with a Roman wall and a castle.

I would love to know a little about you and where you live - something special about your town! Also, it would be great if you could write 'Hello Tina' in your own language / alphabet on my card, thanks. :)

I love to receive postcards with interesting pictures. My favourite things are:
- gardening (but preferably not just a picture of flowers please!)
- fencing
- recipes
- Tea
- beautiful scenery, especially mountains, lakes, forests
- shadows
- reflections in water
- clouds, sunsets, rainbows, northern lights, stars
- maps
- something traditional or special for your country (write on the back to explain it too please!)
- dragons - especially blue/purple ones
- Moomins
- chickens
- dogs, especially spaniels and border collies
- Tigger (from winnie the pooh)
- Touché Turtle, Clangers, and other '70s kids TV characters.
- Crime dramas eg NCIS, NCIS LA, CSI, Bones, Castle, Mentalist, Elementary, Sherlock, Poirot.... etc!
