About Terumi...
I am a worldwide home-cooking dish researcher and instructor based in Japan since 1998. I've also run full dining cooking classes and worldwide home-cooking classes in Osaka. Over the past decades, I've had the chance to visit many countries for my research, and after each my trip, my nephew loves to listen my experience in those countries. I love to receive postcards with beautiful food, castles, sceneries, and others.
