She has been a member for 5 months (152 days).I've been a postcrosser before, but left if for a while. Now I am very anxious to start again!
I've lived a few times for a longer period abroad (Spain, Switzerland, South-Africa), yet I've always came back to the Netherlands and I love my own country. Still, I love travelling and other cultures (hey, I am a postcrosser, what do you think?? :)), therefore I work sometimes as a travelguide.
Other things I really like are cooking and eating (or eating and cooking), family and friends, making long walks in the woods and do other active stuff.
I play the violing and like to read a lot too.
The best moment of the day is coming home and find snail mail in my mailbox. I like all postcards, as long as someone has put an effort in it. I liked it when they have the 'travel-look' with stamps and everything, but if you want to put in it an envelope, it's fine with me. I like funny cards or the specific touristic ones and everything else.
