My name is Julia (Юля)
I live in Riga. It is the capital of Latvia - small European country by the Baltic Sea. I am 26 years young and I live with my husband. We are dreaming about cat in our home.

I like travelling and enjoy it very much. My favourite country is Italy. I've been there several times. Cultural and historical background,way of living fascinate me. I plan to start learning Italian in the nearest future.

One of my dreams is to travel The U.S.A. from one to cost (North Atlantic Ocean) to another (North Pacific Ocean) by car. I think it could be a great adventure. I would like to visit New Yourk very much.

I like Paris. I could stay in it's museums forever. Gorgeus...

I like reading. Mostly classics or biographies of famous people. My favourite book is "Eugene Onegin" written by Alexander Pushkin. It is a novel in verse.
I like detective books very much. Agatha Cristie is great - Hercule Poirot is the best detective.

I like music - the Queen (Freddy is one of the greatest artists ever), Maroon5, Muse, the Beatles, Enrique Iglesias, Michael Jackson, Adele...

I like cinema. One of my favourite movies is "Gone with the wind" (Clarc Gable is so handsome), "Shawshank Redemtion", "Green mile", "How to Steal a Million", Russian comedies (witch everybody Russian-speaking knows almost from a day of birth).

I'm fond of art history and arts. My favourite period is from the middle of 19th century till 1930s.
I like to attend museums, exbitions, theaters.

Art Nouveau is one of the most beautiful and diverse styles in architecture. I like it sooo much!

I like fashion history very much. Yves Saint Laurent is the best in this field and always will be, I think.

It would be nice, if you could write any word or short phrase in your language with translation and transcribation in English.
