Hello and Welcome!

First of all, Brazil. I'm from a state called Minas Gerais (General/Broad Mines) and live in the capital, called Belo Horizonte (Beautiful Horizon)

Our ethnicity is defined by miscigenation. There were more than a thousand native tribes before the portuguese colonizers and a lot of enslaved people from the African continent (specially Guinea, Angola and Mozambique) came. Nowadays, after many other migratory events, the mixture of ethnicities made Brazil a place with a lot of diversity.

In this large and diverse country Brazil is, you'll find me. I'm from a state called Minas Gerais (General/Broad Mines) and I live in the capital, Belo Horizonte (Beautiful Horizon). I'm a language teacher here and a writer everywhere (I haven't published anything yet, but sometimes I feel that finishing my books is enough for me). Literature is my passion alongside music, I love playing the piano, even though I still have a lot to practice!

Anyway, if you can, send me postcards with:
- local art (writers, painters, musicians etc);
- historical places;
- pictures of cultural things in general: like food, people, places

And PLEASE, don't send it empty, write about yourself and/or the country and city you live! I would also love if you'd write something in your native language with the translation).
