What to write? Simply anything is better than just Happy postcrossing. But if you're stuck, here are some ideas:
-what does the card show
-10 things I must do in your country
-your life, routine, job, hobby, best/worst day etc
-your country's traditions & culture
-if you work in healthcare(medicine, nursing, pharmacy etc), please write something interesting about your job
-bonus points for date and words in your language with translation:)

I prefer postcards in envelopes as I collect stamps:)
