Hi everybody!
I just happen to stumble upon this website. As I am quite a curious person I decided to join the postcrossing-community to find out if it is really working :)
I ♥ getting postcards, as it makes me daydream about foreign places when I don't have the opportunity to travel myself like at the moment. In my room I have a huge map with little flags that mark the spots I've already been to and little pins that mark the places I still wanna go to. All around the map I've put postcards from all over the world which I've received over the last couple of years. I'll be more than glad to put YOUR postcard there soon as well ;)
Other postcards I enjoy:
-black and white postcards
-postcards with people (especially children)
-postcards that make you laugh
-really colourful postcards
- postcards with a picture shot from a unusual angle or view
-postcards of some place you have been to yourself lately (tell me about it, what's the story? :) )
-postcards with pirates
- all kind of combinations of the above (e.g. a black/white PC with children dressed as pirates, that made you laugh or something like that ;) )
Whatever motive you choose, I'll be glad to read from you :)
