I live on the south coast of England with my wife and (often) two grandsons. After a llifetime spent teaching most ages between 4 and 99 I am now retired and (besides looking after grandchildren) I enjoy cricket, railway modelling, singing and music-making, gardening, and getting to know other people from different countries and cultures. Of course I enjoy travelling, but you can't visit everywhere! I am interested in postcards which show the places, landscapes and cultures of your country. I prefer not to have jokey or fun cards and I find single views much nicer than multiviews. I enjoy writing, especially poetry, so you could tell me a line of a favourite poem; or if your native language is not English, it would be great if at least some of the card was written in your first language.
