About Alexandra...

I am 23 and I finished University last year. I like travelling around the world and meeting new people from different countries. I am keen on languages and literature. I heard about this project and registered immediately because I like sending postcards to my friends when I'm travelling and receiving postcards, too) the best thing is when the person has already forgotten that they gave me their address and then they suddenly receive a postcard)
As for my preferences, I like beautiful views, scenes from everyday life, pictures of traditional food, cartoons, animals, I am fond of photography in general and recently found out that I adore Elliott Erwitt) If there are famous children's books/cartoons characters (like the Moomins in Finland or Krtek in the Czech Republic) I would love to have a postcard with them). I absolutely love funny postcards with puns.
It feels great to receive a card with a well-known town/city/park etc. that I've never been to and imagine the distance it has travelled to reach my hands)
I equally like photos and drawn pictures and wouldn't mind a hand-made postcard!
I kind of collect everything with ladybirds, mice and hedgehogs)

I would be pleased to receive a card in your native language unless you want to practice your English or Russian. But I have never received anything in Mandarin or Japanese or Arabic or even in some uncommon European languages, so that would be really really nice to have this experience!

I have just realised you can add other people's postcards to your faves... So, I've got quite a collection of postcards I admire now))

Looking forward to postcrossing with you!
