Hello, my name is Shelly and I'm in the USA. I signed up for postcrossing with the idea it would be neat to receive a postcard from somewhere in the world I have not yet visited.

I've managed, even at my younger age, to visit several countries however I'm still hoping to expand my list of where I've been.

I started postcrossing a bit unsure of what I was ever supposed to write on these postcards, but now that I've received several, I get the idea and am in love with it.

I'm hoping to continue this for a long time.

I will gladly accept ANY and all postcards you want to send my way. I've seen some people's lists and while it is helpful sometimes, I've also received many very unique postcards from around the globe and know I do not want to limit what I receive based on what I believe I would like. I've gotten a few where I do not even understand what is written on them, others were very abstract and took me a while to see "the image" and still others are just beautiful. I love seeing all the variety from all the areas.
