About Stephen...

I really dislike when I click on "send a postcard" and get a profile that has nothing on it; no real name, no interests, and no requests for postcard type. Similarly, I dislike when postcards I receive say nothing besides, "happy postcrossing." One of the things I like the most about this site is that I get glimpses into the lives of people living around the world. People of all ages, races, and walks of life. When you fail to fill out anything in your profile or postcard, you deprive me of culture! You wouldn't want to deprive a nice lad like me of culture would you?!?!? That's what I thought. So get writing! I don't care what you say in your postcard, as long as it has some substance. I don't expect you to tell me a story, but give me something interesting. I don't get out much, so tell me a joke. Tell me why I should visit your country. Give me relationship advice. Literally anything longer then 2 sentences will make me happy. Now for my end of the bargain! Not only am I going to fill out some lovely bio information about myself here, but I also promise to reply to any questions you present to me in your letter through the messaging system here on postcrossing.

Anyhow, now that my rant is over, I can tell you a little bit about myself. I am twenty years old and I attend college at Georgia State University in ATlanta, Ga in the USA. I am a nursing student, and I like helping people. When not studying for school, I like to play ultimate frisbee and climb rocks. My health and fitness are things I kind of obsess over, and I love to play sports, work out, and do anything active and outdoorsy. I play guitar, but I'm very mediocre. I love to travel, and I spend pretty much all my hard earned cash on road trips and plane tickets. Despite seeming fairly southern, I am actually a first generation American. My dad is from Belfast NI and my mom is from London Eng. I am looking forward to being a nurse, but I love doing manual labor and sometimes I wish I could be a carpenter. I suppose there's always time in life to learn new things...
Besides that, I have one sister, two dogs, one bike, and a sharp wit.

As for postcards I would like to receive, I prefer ones with mountains or climbing. Don't have one of those? Most people don't, but luckily, I am a beggar, and you are the chooser, so send me whatever you want. Any postcard is better than no postcard.
