About Jon...

Hi - I'm Jon, and live in Titirangi, a quiet suburb in West Auckland, New Zealand. I've a wife and teenage daughter, two cats and a dog (golden retriever puppy).

I lived in Italy for two years, and also in Ireland. Originally I'm English, but have been living in NZ for twenty years or so now.

I work in the computer business (I support a large mainframe computer for a company here in NZ), and read avidly on the train, to and from work every day. I'm interested in film (one day I want to write a screenplay...) and history - something scarce in New Zealand. Other interests of mine are astronomy, the theatre, film, literature, art (my wife paints) and music (I play the tenor sax).

I'm interested in postcards with local views on, (your local area), and maybe something unique to your country. Animals, sights, buildings, or some such.

But - I don't really mind what rolls in. Thanks!
