I'd prefer to receive cards that show things that are important to you. Tell me about yourself or what you've done recently. I'm also a fireman - if you can send a Fire Service related card I'd love it! Season-specific cards are nice, too. (In December, send Christmas cards, Easter cards in the spring, and so forth.)
Please write on the card (no envelopes, please) and use multiple stamps and interesting stamps. My children love to look at them.
