I try to register postcards the same day that I receive them. If you've sent me a card that hasn't been registered, I probably didn't receive it. Email me with the ID number. I will register the number so that you don't have it listed as an expired card. Include your address. I will send you a card to make up for it.
If my card has been traveling more than 30 days i will send you a message and ask about the card. Please, answer to my message. If the postcard has got lost on the way I will send you a second card to place the lost one. Sometimes even the third card...
