About Sab...
Hi, my name is Sab and i'm 26 years old. This is a great way for me to get to know other people and their interests and collect some great postcards at the same time. I live in a little town just in the middle of Flanders with my partner and our pets. I am surrounded by lots of green and there is a big forest here too. I really love and respect all kinds of animals but birds and cats are my favourite. Especially the grey heron (see my avatar) is one of my favourite birds. I am really looking forward to hear about your own pets! My interests are cycling, history (ancient - medieval - modern) gardening, reading and spending time with my pets. I have dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, birds and hamsters all living happily together in our house and garden. They can cause me a lot of work but the love I get back from them is so rewarding. I am a vegetarian, if you have some great veggie recipes I would love to hear them. In my spare time I also do voluntary work for a cat shelter near the Dutch border. Besides my own cats, our house also welcomes stray kittens and adult cats that need a temporary house untill they are adopted.
I prefer my cards written and stamped please :-)
Cards I like:
* Animal cards (birds, cats, wild animals and farm animals)
* National parks
* Sunset/sunrise
* Vegetables and fruit (or other food-related cards)
* Typical houses, farms
* Mountains, fields, beaches, sea/water
* Paddington bear, Moomin
* Any card you think will fit me ;-)
* Christmas cards during the Season
I am also into penpalling. If you want to become penpals, let me know! Or just put a letter with the postcard and I will answer it. :-)
I wish you a very nice day and thank you for viewing my profile. I hope to hear from you soon! Happy postcrossing!
Best wishes,
Sab (Reiger)
p.s.: I always put my address on every postcard that I send. So when the card can't be delivered, the postman can send it back to me. It would be great to receive a card back but it is certainly no obligation and not the reason why I put my address on my cards :-)
