Bonjour/Hola/こんにちは。

I'm Beckie from England.
I love languages and culture.
I've studied French for eight years and Spanish for four (though I haven't retained much Spanish).
I'd love to travel the world, I'd particularly like to go to the USA, Japan, Italy, Finland and The Netherlands.
I would add France to that list but I visit once a year (normally) as my grandma lives there.

I'm a bit of a geek, I play video games often (mainly Minecraft at the moment) and I love to watch shows like Doctor who and The Big bang theory.
I love Disney, crafts, cooking/baking, scrapbooking and books.
I love horse riding, I used to ride often throughout my childhood but I don't go riding at the moment.
I collect a number of things: Postcards, Pressed Pennies (elongated coins), stamps and Disney pins.

Types of Postcards?

The best thing to do is to check my favourites and cards that I've sent but I love the majority of Postcards.

I love to receive cards covered in stickers and washi tape- I usually cover those that I send.
Please send cards written and stamped- not in an envelope.
I also love interesting stamps, if you have special/themed stamps then please send them.

Stuck for ideas on what to write?

Tell me about where you live, the culture, where you'd like to travel to. Your favourite memory, something about why you chose the card, your favourite food/drink or teach me a phrase in another language. Get creative and draw on the card if you like.

If you'd like to swap, send me a message and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
I'm rather active on the forum, so chances are you'll see me swapping on there too.

I'm trying to collect US map cards, US University cards and US Amish country cards, if you can help me then please message me and maybe we can swap?

I try my best to send appropriate cards to every member though my collection isn't as varied as I would like at the moment.
