I am a wife of eight years and stay-at-home mom of our two children. I home school our children, am a family photographer, I enjoy digital scrapbooking, and enjoy cooking. I am so excited to get postcards from people all around the world and to learn more about their cultures! I've been to India three times on mission trips and absolutely loved that country! I would love to travel more and see the world, but for now, Postcrossing is an easy and inexpensive way of doing so.

Here are some ideas of post cards I would love to receive:

* if you enjoy photography and have had your photos printed into postcards, I would love to see your handiwork
* anything "real life"
* postcards highlighting something from where you live (statues, buildings, bridges, farmland, landscapes, cities, food, animals, famous people, a drawing or painting by someone from your country, a map of your country, etc)
* anything vintage
* a postcard by Inge Löök
* a postcard by Jip en Jenneke
* for those in the US, I'd like to collect a postcard map of each state. So far I have one from Pennsylvania.
* single scene postcards are my favorite
* Christmas/manger scene postcards near Christmastime

*I do prefer to get postcards not in an envelope. I enjoy the stamp(s) and markings on the actual postcard.

*I would prefer not to get advertisement cards. Thanks!

*If you could remember to put the date on the card, I enjoying seeing how long it takes to travel.
