Hi! I'm a 37 year old mom to an 8-year old daughter and we live in South Texas. My hobbies include reading, especially history, gardening, crafts, sci-fi and horror/thriller movies and collecting DVDs especially anything with my favorite actors Christopher Lambert and James Purefoy. I also collect Coca Cola items, breweriana, police patches, anything historical, stamps, coins, currency and of course, postcards!

I am also fluent in Spanish but would love to learn other different languages, especially French, Portuguese, Hungarian, and German. Would love to receive postcards written in your native language. Also would love to learn about the different foods of different countries, maybe even local recipes. Also cards depicting any kind of law enforcement, police or fire departments or military.

Other interests include:
castles; bridges, man-made structures; maps of any kind;
old historical buildings;
historical structures and locations;
natural or man-made monuments representing country or area; automobiles or motorcycles of any kind; and
cats/kittens; dragons

I'm also interested in legends, folklore and myths, any interesting story of your particular area.

All in all, anything from another country would be great! Please don't feel pressured by my preferences!

I also register every postcard the same day I receive it and I check in on postcrossing every day.
