About Pihka...

Hi! Moi! I'm 27-year-old woman currently living in Helsinki, Finland. I enjoy photography, art, cooking, flea markets, beautiful old things, dancing, yoga, playing card and board games, reading and travelling. My favourite season is summer. I'm dreaming of one day having a garden and two cats of my own. Postcards I find in my mailbox always make me happy! ☺

My favourite themes and "collections" are:
♥ Women: in photography and art, women's rights, feminism, nudes and erotic, pin-ups, famous women, women from your country... In short: any beautiful card showing women!!
♥ Lesbian/gay, Fairtrade, peace and human rights
♥ World leaders, political messages, propaganda or patriotic cards
♥ Anything that breaks gender stereotypes or norms
♥ Card games and playing cards ♠ ♥ ♦ ♣
♥ Marlene Dietrich and Audrey Hepburn
♥ Art Nouveau, art by Frida Kahlo, Piotr Frolov, Koji Fukiya and Jan Saudek, women painted by Martta Wendelin
♥ If you happen to have any card from my Favourites wall, it'd surely make my day!

If you're still wondering what to send me, don't worry, I also love many other themes:
♦ Artistic or interesting photography
♦ Dances and dancing
♦ Details, beautiful old things and close-up images
♦ Doors, windows, colourful buildings, buildings covered in plants or flowers
♦ Food, kitchen items, local culture, fruit markets, cafes...
♦ Strange, unique or unusual cards, controversial themes
♦ Street art, graffiti, interesting street scenes, street cats
♦ Water lilies, apple and cherry blossoms, orchids...

If you can't find anything that matches thoses wishes you're also welcome to surprise me with something different!

It'd be great if you could write more than simple greetings on the card. I love reading what you have to say. ♥

To Sandra from Germany:
We agreed to swap two postcards and I already received two lovely Tushita cards from you. I haven't been able to send mine, because I accidentally deleted the message with your address on it, and I can't remember your username. I'm so sorry! If you read this, please send me your address again so I can send you the cards I owe!
