About Else...

I'm a 24-year old female, and I'm studying Animal Sciences at the moment. I live together with my boyfriend and two guinea pigs. I love all animals, reading, cooking and gardening. I only have a small balcony, but I still call it gardening when I'm taking care of my plants there :)

First of all, I'm happy with anything that arrives in my mailbox, but if you want to know what kind of postcards are my favourite:

* I'm collecting postcard from as much animal species as possible. I'm focussing on postcards with a picture of one species. It would be nice if you can help me with that, example of 5 animal species I don't have yet:
lion
ostrich
whale
any insect
sparrow
If you send me one of those or another animal I don't have yet I'll send you a postcard back! I don't scan my postcards, so you just have to guess :)

And apart from that anything with:

* turtles or tortoises
* a lot of text or a quote on the front
* old fashioned / vintage cards are always welcome as well
* a castle or a church
* black and white postcards

* Recently I sent a card to someone who said make your own card out of some cardboard packaging you have around. I did that and was quite happy with the result :) I would love to receive some as well. So if you have something that's not meant to be a postcard, but could be turned into one, food packaging for instance, see if you can make a postcard out if it. It would make my day!

I also have a special interest for animal stamps :) so if you have some laying around, that would be very much appreciated!
