I'm a 38 year old married pharmacist. I have two children (9 yo girl and 7 yo boy)and have had them send postcards to each other any time we travel. Luckily, we're able to travel a lot, so they've accumulated a bunch of postcards.
Because I'm hoping for my kids to learn from this experience, I'd love to receive examples of your culture or cultural heritage. Both are learning spanish in school, so feel free to write something in spanish if you would like (I also speak a little). I would like to receive postcards that are stamped and written on...no envelopes, please. Thanks and Howdy from Texas!
Postcards I'd love to receive:
- theme or amusement parks, especially any of the non-US Disney Parks
- drawings or pictures of tall ships
- astronomy
- cards of movies from your country
- someplace you've recently traveled
- mountain scenes
- scenes of native dress/costumes
- examples of military history
- cards related to soccer
I'll try and improve this list as I peek at what other people have on their lists. Really, though, I'm going to enjoy anything you send!
