Hello!

My name is Sylvia, I'm 22 and I'm a student from Budapest, Hungary, majoring in Chemistry. I like sci-fi, music, history, reading and travelling. My best freetime activities are cooking and gardening with my family and friends. They are the most important in my life. I work as an unoffical nurse at the local hospitals with children. I love them too;) I'd love to receive postcards from different countries of the world. I need to say I'm totally probie on this site and my English knowledge is far from perfect!!! (It's hardly improving ;) So be patient when you're reading my card.

Most of all I would appreciate if you send:

- multiwievs, if it's possible
- views of the sea, lighthouses, harbours, etc (my father is a marine)
- bridges
- ancient stuff (ruins etc)
- winter landscapes (especially from german castles)
- mountains
- vintage or black and white pictures
- (space)ships, aeroplanes
- Star Trek, Stargate and Star Wars (I'm a sci-fi geek XD)
- Something from what I've favourited, but pleaae check my recived card!

Some ideas for specific countries:

- Germany: beer-related (I love it XD), castles
- Netherlands: windmills, traditional outfits, flowers!
- China: Great Wall, Terracotta Army
- Latin America: pre-columbian sites (like Chichen-Itza, Machu-Picchu, etc)
- USA, England: everything about aviation, military and navy

Don't worry if a card doesn't match my preferences!:) If you don't mind, you could also write some interesting or rare fact about your country/region/city or what is depicted on the card.
I would be grateful if you send me some recipes!

It's not necessary to use an envelope, I'd rather have the postcards stamped and written. I'll also appreciate it if you use nice unusual stamps on your cards. I've been collecting stamps for ages!
