About Nelbeth...

Hi, I'm Nelbeth and I am really enjoying Postcrossing.
I love picking out postcards for people and try my best to find the "perfect" postcard to send.

I am a nurse for mothers and their premature babies.
I really enjoy reading books.
I like growing flowers,
I also enjoy walking, and doing handcrafts such as,
knitting, cross stitch and hardanger.
My husband and I love to explore our own country in our motorhome, as well as travel overseas.
I have Dutch parents, and enjoy maintaining
both my Dutch and English languages.

I am happy with all postcards I receive, but would prefer
only cards from your own country, please ....
I have written a list , but don't stress.They are just my preferences.
* Illustrated maps of your country.
* People in national clothing, clogs, footwear,
*Everyday life scenes, people,
* Anne Geddes cards,
* Children, babies,
*Colourful Market Places,
*Historical buildings,
*Beautiful places in your town or country,
*Postcards that show
something that is unique to your country,
*. Books, Collections of books,
*If from Holland, I would really love to see postcards that show Dutch wording,
Dutch postcards that show ,
* klompen,
* Sinterklaas, Swarte Piet.
* Windmills, Tulips. :D
* Speculaas.
*Your messages on the other side in Dutch are also fun...:)

If you still have no idea what card to send, you may want to look at my "Favourites". Some are mine or
Some are cards that I would like to receive....

Please, please, please do not just write "Happy Postcrossing",
I like a long story on the back of the Postcard.
......... Tell me about yourself, what you love to do,
or a great book you have read,
or about what is on the postcard,
or tell me what makes living in your country different
from any other in the world.
Maybe a phrase in your language with the translation,
Or if your native language is Dutch, feel free to write the whole card in it!

Looking forward to receiving your card!
