About Victoria...

Hello!

My name is Victoria. I'm student (SPbU, biology faculty) from Saint-Petersburg, Russia and interested in foreign cultures and other countries life. I think neither books and films can tell about cities and countries as well as people do. Postcrossing is good way to get know something new!

I live in a big family: my parents, my two brothers and me. My brothers are schoolboys, as like sports, cars and computer games as usual children like.

I have many hobbies and interests to.
Thing I like to do the most is dancing. I have been dancing for eleven years, have tried five styles: folk, sport, R&B, hip-hop, contemporary - and won't stop.
Also I love reading. My favorite writers are Astrid Lindgren, Tove Jansson, J. K. Rowling, C. S. Lewis, J.D.Salinger, Ray Bradbury... I just can't make a full list!
Needlework has a great importance for me. I always prefer to create every gift by myself.
I like cartoons as strong as my brothers like, but films too (including art-house). Also I like music, theatre and ballet.
There are only three languages I'm studying now, but I want to know more than five in cause I think that language is very important part of every culture.
A big travel with my friends is my beautiful dream.

I want to be scientist in the future and think that science work not only useful but exciting and fun sometimes.

I don't collect stamps and covers, but like nice ones on cards very much. So if you can put on nice and interesting stamps, I would be very grateful.
