About MissManhattan...

Hello,

my name is Ivonne and I live in a very small town in the west of Germany. I work as a paralegal at a big law company, while on the weekends I take college classes. I lived in New York for 14 months and discovered the city that never sleeps as my second home. I'm also a German book and travel blogger (www.ivybooknerd.com) I'm also pretty active on Instagram as well: @ivy.booknerd @heartfullofmaps

I am very interested in different cultures and I would love to learn more about any country and any language in this world.

To everyone in the US, I am collecting maps of every single US-State, so if you happen to have one of those postcards I would be happy to receive one. :-)

Here are some ideas for postcards I would love to receive:

- anything NEW YORK
- anything books/reading/writing or even book covers and book characters
- black & white couples
- black&white photography
- nature
- animals (especially cats and elephants)
- traveling
- vintage postcards
- Salvador Dali
- Audrey Hepburn/Marylin Monroe
- superheroes (DC/Marvel)
- christmas postcards

I'm a vegetarian so please no postcards with meat or anything like it on it. Thank you.

If you need some more inspiration, here are some of my favorite TV Shows: Buffy, Friends, Charmed, Supergirl, Arrow, iZombie, Fringe, Once Upon A Time, Wynonna Earp, Gilmore Girls, Doctor Who, The Flash, How to get away with Murder, Shadowhunters, Grey's Anatomy, Stranger Things, Ghost Whisperer, Legends of the Seeker

My all time favorite movie is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

If you dont know what to write about, just tell me what your favorite book, movie, tv-show or quote is. I'd really appreciate if you'd write more than just "greetings from" or "happy postcrossing". Thank you! :-) <3 Please try to avoid religious or ad postcards. And please dont send them in an envelope (if possible). :-) Thank you.
